Conditions of participation All projects submitted must be produced from MACtac self-adhesive films. Entries should specify the types of MACtac pressure sensitive films used. Jobs entered must have been created and displayed between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2007. An entry form should be used for each entry submitted. Photocopies of forms are acceptable. The receipt of any entry assumes that prior approval has been given to participate by all parties involved and by the owner of the product and/or company advertised. This is the prime responsibility of the entrant. Entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2008. Winners are responsible for any taxes that may apply to the prize in certain countries. Participation in the competition implies that MACtac has the right to publicize projects received, any information provided on the entry form and photographs of the winners in any manner considered appropriate. Entries will not be returned. All material submitted becomes the property of MACtac. Winners will be notified in the first quarter of 2008. The judges’ decision is final on all matters relating to the competition. No employee of MACtac or its subsidiary companies, distributors, nor any member of an employee's family may submit an entry. Entries not in accordance with the rules, conditions and instructions may be disqualified. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel this or any part of the Awards program at its sole discretion, in which event all entrants will be notified and all submissions will be returned.
